Thank you for shopping at Sajawat Home. We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Our return and refund policy lasts 3 days from the date of delivery. If 3 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
- It must be in its original packaging with tags attached.
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange, including but not limited to:
- Customized or personalized products, such as:
- Custom Name Designs
- Spelling modifications
- Size or color customization
- Custom-made goods (e.g., Neon Signs, Calligraphy, Acrylic Name Plates, Personalized Gifts)
- Sale or discounted items, including:
- Seasonal sales (Eid, Summer, Winter, Autumn, Clearance Sales, Discount Codes used)
- Items damaged due to customer mishandling without valid proof of damage at delivery.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us first at +92(3) 313 11 11 88 within 3 days of receiving your order.
- If your request is approved, we will share detailed instructions and return address.
- The customer is responsible for securely shipping the product back to us.
- Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Note: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or insurance. Sajawat Home is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours with proof (photos or video). We will assess the issue and provide the best possible resolution — replacement, exchange, or refund.
5. Exchange Policy
The quickest way to get the desired item is to return the original and place a new order once your return is approved.
A 35% restocking and processing fee applies on exchanges for reasons other than product defect or damage.
6. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected:
- We will notify you via email or message regarding approval or rejection.
- If approved, a 30% deduction (handling, service & restocking fee) will apply.
- The remaining refund amount will be processed to your original payment method.
Please note: Refunds may take 3–12 working days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
- Recheck your bank or credit card account.
- Contact your bank or card issuer — processing times may vary.

8. Shipping Costs
The customer will bear return shipping costs, except in cases of confirmed product defect or incorrect delivery by Sajawat Home.
If a refund is issued, return shipping charges may be deducted from the total refund.
